Why Polygon and why an ERC-20 token?

We’re using the Polygon blockchain for several reasons:

* Scalability: Polygon is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, which means that it can handle a much higher volume of transactions than Ethereum itself. This is important, as it will allow the platform to handle a large number of users and transactions.
* Cost-effectiveness: Polygon is also more cost-effective than Ethereum, which is important for CellarDAO’s community as we want to make wine investment more accessible to everyone.
* Security: Polygon is a secure blockchain platform, which is important for CellarDAO as we want to protect its users' funds.
* Community: Polygon has a large and active community, we want to build a platform that is easy to use and accessible to everyone.

Overall, Polygon is a good choice for CellarDAO society as it is a scalable, cost-effective, secure, and community-driven blockchain platform.
